The psychological skills you learn help you stay motivated and reach your goals. You will also meet yourself and life more powerfully and positively. Are you an emotional eater? Do you have strong cravings or feel addicted to some foods? Is your body image and confidence at a low ebb? What do you want to have instead? Freedom and ease around food? Balanced moods? Body confidence? Greater vitality and health? This is all possible. You will start by assessing where you are and making a plan to guide your journey to natural eating and healthy weight.
