Why I created the IBS Wellness Pathway
I’ve been a therapist for nearly three decades using nutritional therapy, hypnotherapy, EFT, ACT and NLP to help people improve their health. Much of my practice has focused on helping clients with IBS and other digestive challenges. But it became personal when I experienced severe digestive illness myself. I knew I had to find what really worked, the latest research and evidence.
I studied the science and worked with hundreds of clients to create a method that really helps reduce symptoms and improve quality of life. The IBS Wellness Pathway brings together everything I’ve learned professionally and personally.
