The power of EFT
Fast healing for mind & body
What is EFT?
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is known for being rapid, gentle and long-lasting, making it a powerful healing tool. It can eliminate unwanted habits, phobias, fears, stress and pain.
Often called a modern miracle, EFT dramatically relieves emotional disturbances and various physical symptoms. Based on the Chinese meridian system of acupuncture points, energy is rebalanced via a tapping method removing disruptions in the body's energy system.
Whether addressing new or long-standing issues, many people find them resolved in minutes, with lasting positive effects. When applied correctly, EFT offers significant improvement or complete resolution of issues for the majority of clients. Seeing people become happier, more fulfilled and even overcoming illnesses where other methods may have failed is truly inspiring.

Who can it help?
EFT has been successfully used to address a wide range of conditions, including:

Mental and emotional health
Overcome depression, anxiety, phobias, fears and PTSD; gain confidence, boost self-esteem and improve memory.

Physical health
Achieve ideal weight, relieve pain, calm irritable bowel, alleviate allergy symptoms, improve sleep quality and accelerate healing.

Lifestyle and performance
Break bad habits such as nail biting or smoking, enhance performance, achieve career goals and enjoy better relationships.

Specialised support
Support natural childbirth, enhance fertility, soothe IBS, psoriasis or eczema, heal PCOS.

Stress relief and relaxation
Promote relaxation, remain calm in stressful situations (such as flying or thunderstorms) and enjoy a peaceful life.

How does it work?
In therapy, we’ll work together in regular sessions to uncover patterns, identify challenges and explore solutions that fit your needs. The process is collaborative and supportive. Your needs and goals are at the heart of our work. I view myself as a facilitator, guiding and supporting you.
I can also teach you EFT so that you may advance your healing outside our sessions.
What if you do it?
Taking the step to begin therapy can be life-changing. You might start noticing shifts in how you feel day to day — less overwhelmed, more in tune with your emotions and better equipped to handle challenges. Therapy can help you have peace of mind, feel strong and confident, enjoy harmonious relationships and a greater connection to yourself and others. The changes may be profound — sometimes life-saving and life-changing.

Where to start
If you’re ready to take that first step, I’m here to help. Start with a Healing Roadmap assessment.
BOOK a Healing RoadmapClinic locations
I currently serve clients face-to-face in Sussex and Kent, including Hastings, St Leonards on Sea, Bexhill-on-Sea, Eastbourne, Brighton, Rye, Robertsbridge, Battle and surrounding area.
Face to face sessions are always best because the personal connection builds a deeper sense of privacy, trust and safety. This can be particularly important when addressing sensitive issues. In-person sessions also provide a more reliable setting with fewer technical disruptions.
Therapy online
Based in the UK, I also have some global clients. Some local people also like this option sometimes when it isn’t possible to meet in person. I may agree to work online after we have discussed this to assess whether it is a safe and effective way of working with your particular issues.
