Hi. My name is Jude and I can help you to heal an eating problem, recover mental balance and feel great in mind and body.
I also help people to stop an unwanted body habit such as compulsive eating, hair pulling or nail biting.
I work in a holistic way to help you to achieve your highest level of mental and physical health and feel your most vibrant and alive.
Over the last 23 years I have helped thousands of women and men, from all walks of life.

Sadly, it is not uncommon now to have an unhappy relationship with body image. I see this manifested in my clients as eating chaos, body hatred and low self-esteem. The struggle to control the body creates a great deal of unhappiness and worry - even depression and serious illness. Part of my work is to help you to recover an accepting and kind relationship with yourself. This is a place of power which allows you to put energy into doing what is truly important to you.
