Our thinking has a profound impact on our health because we can produce thoughts that harm and ones that heal.

Thoughts lead to feelings and behaviours. As Buddha said, “We are what we think. All that we are arises with our thoughts. With our thoughts, we make the world."

Sometimes, we create huge stress through our responses to life. Stress has a negative effect on our health - in some research, even more so than smoking. The right attitude supports healing and recovery from: unhelpful beliefs, negative thinking and unresolved trauma.

Modern psychological therapies can be powerful. This is why I share my knowledge of life-changing techniques (from CBT, NLP, EFT, ACT, mindfulness and hypnotherapy). You walk away with your own toolbox of skills to use for the rest of your life.

Hi I am Jude Bentley...

I help people to achieve their highest level of mental and physical health, so that they can feel vibrant and happy.

I draw from 26 years experience as a therapist. The modalities I utilise - nutrition, mindfulness, hypnotherapy, NLP, EFT, CBT and ACT -  I have experienced as both client and practitioner. These wonderful tools have been life-changing for me. My aim is for them to be as effective, even more so, for you. I teach them to my clients so that they can use them away from sessions and become healthy, happy and independent.

They reach a stable weight and build body confidence.
