Healing with psychotherapy
Elevate your emotional health & self-development
What is it?
Psychotherapy is a space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions and behaviours to find relief, clarity and direction. It's not just about talking — it's about gaining insights, learning new skills and developing healthier patterns that support your mental and emotional well-being. By working with me in a safe, confidential setting, you can address personal challenges and create meaningful changes. Your journey can be both enlightening and rewarding.
My goal is to help you become your own best therapist and coach. While we’ll address individual concerns, I aim to share skills that can transform your life experience and that you can utilise in all areas of your life.

Who is it for?
Psychotherapy is for those seeking support, whether you're struggling with an emotional issue or difficulty, seeking personal development or a deeper understanding of yourself. If something is holding you back or if you feel like you're not living the life you want, psychotherapy can help you move forward.
Psychotherapy is a chosen and proven therapy for many conditions including:

Anxiety
Managing overwhelming worry or panic attacks.

Depression
Coping with persistent sadness or lack of motivation.

Relationship issues
Navigating conflicts with partners, family or friends.

Trauma, PTSD and CPTSD
Processing past traumatic events and their lasting effects.

Grief and loss
Dealing with the pain of losing a loved one or companion animal.

Stress management
Handling stress from work, life changes or personal challenges.

How does it work?
In therapy, we’ll work together in regular sessions to uncover patterns, identify challenges and explore solutions. I use various therapeutic methods tailored to your preferences, ensuring the process is collaborative and supportive. Over time, you’ll develop greater self-awareness, effective strategies for managing challenges and a stronger sense of control in your life.
Your needs and goals are at the heart of our work. I view myself as a facilitator, guiding and supporting you.
My approach
I utilise a range of therapies including a mindfulness-based psychotherapy - Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotional Freedom Techniques, Neuro Linguistic programming and Hypnotherapy.
The use of these is always guided by you, your needs and preferences.
My approach to therapy is integrative because I believe that no single method works for everyone.
Taking a holistic perspective allows us to address challenges more effectively by considering all contributing factors.
This approach treats the root causes, resulting in powerful and sustainable positive changes.
I also see nutrition as an important adjunct in recovery.
Therapy can be even more effective when your unique biochemistry and neurochemistry are supported.

Where to start
If you’re ready to take that first step, I’m here to help. Start with a Healing Roadmap assessment.
BOOK a Healing RoadmapClinic locations
I currently serve clients face-to-face in Sussex and Kent, including Hastings, St Leonards on Sea, Bexhill-on-Sea, Eastbourne, Brighton, Rye, Robertsbridge, Battle and surrounding area.
Face to face sessions are always best because the personal connection builds a deeper sense of privacy, trust and safety. This can be particularly important when addressing sensitive issues. In-person sessions also provide a more reliable setting with fewer technical disruptions.
Therapy online
Based in the UK, I also have some global clients. Some local people also like this option sometimes when it isn’t possible to meet in person. I may agree to work online after we have discussed this to assess whether it is a safe and effective way of working with your particular issues.
