A holistic approach to health

I take a holistic view of your well-being, addressing everything from physical health to emotional balance and mind set. Nutritional deficiencies or excesses, lifestyle choices, and stress can all play a role in how you feel day to day. Together, we’ll work on restoring balance in your body and mind, so you feel healthy, happy and well-equipped to surf life’s challenges.

Rather than focusing on restrictive plans or temporary fixes, I concentrate on evidence-based approaches to health that support both your body and mind.

You’ll learn how to nourish yourself, restore natural balance, and make sustainable changes that work for you in the long term.

Our sessions focus on collaborating to achieve your goals creatively and effectively. For specific needs, I offer targeted nutrition protocols and psychological support. I’m dedicated to discovering and applying effective tools to help you live a more fulfilling and vibrant life.

What happens in a consultation?

In our one-to-one consultations, the experience is personalised to your needs. Here’s what typically happens:

Listening and Understanding: I begin by listening to what brought you here. What do you want to achieve? What challenges are holding you back? I offer a safe, supportive space for you to share your experiences, including any difficult or traumatic events.

Healing and Change Work: Depending on your needs, I may use a variety of therapeutic techniques.

We’ll work together in regular sessions to uncover patterns, identify challenges and explore solutions that fit your needs. The process is collaborative and supportive. Your needs and goals are at the heart of our work. I view myself as a facilitator, guiding and supporting you. I can also teach you skills so that you may advance your healing outside our sessions.

My practice is always flexible and client-centred, adapting to your unique needs and preferences. I’m constantly refining my skills to provide the most effective support for each client, ensuring you receive the guidance and tools that fit best with your journey.

What to expect in consultations

In our sessions, I cherish the opportunity to collaborate with you to achieve your outcomes. I may bear witness to your experiences and trauma, helping you to heal and move forward. We might use techniques such as hypnotherapy, EFT, NLP or Timeline Therapy, depending on what is most beneficial for quickly eliminating an issue. I also offer practical skills and knowledge, whether it’s mindfulness practices, breathing techniques or simple cooking ideas.

When I work with clients, I ensure that all the medications you're taking are safe alongside any foods or supplements. It’s important to be cautious — many people are unaware of drug interactions, or they’re overly cautious and avoid supplements that could help. You may potentially reduce or stop certain medications with your doctor’s support.

All consultations are strictly confidential and conducted one-to-one. My ultimate aim is to help you regain your health and well-being, potentially reducing the need for continued sessions except for occasional check-ins.

Techniques available for clients

Nutritional therapy

We’ll work together to create a nutrition plan that addresses any deficiencies or imbalances, with specific protocols based on your needs. This may include supplement recommendations or optional tests.

Hypnotherapy & NLP

To access the subconscious mind and promote healing or transformation. These techniques can help reprogramme deep-rooted patterns of thinking and behaviour, creating positive shifts that support lasting change.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques)

To release emotional distress and negative thought patterns. EFT provides a quick and gentle way to reduce anxiety and emotional upset as well as being a flexible tool for many applications.

Timeline therapy

To let go of past emotional blocks and limiting beliefs. This approach helps you break free from the influence of past experiences, allowing you to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Mindfulness and ACT

To help you manage stress and find calm. Regular mindfulness practice fosters a greater sense of presence and emotional resilience, making it easier to handle life's challenges with ease.

I integrate nutritional therapy with these techniques to create a holistic approach. This comprehensive blend is more effective than using a single method because it supports healing on every level, addressing both the physical and psychological aspects.

Clinic locations

I currently serve clients face-to-face in Sussex and Kent, including Hastings, St Leonards on Sea, Bexhill-on-Sea, Eastbourne, Brighton, Rye, Robertsbridge, Battle and surrounding area.

Face to face sessions are always best because the personal connection builds a deeper sense of privacy, trust and safety. This can be particularly important when addressing sensitive issues. In-person sessions also provide a more reliable setting with fewer technical disruptions.

Therapy online

Based in the UK, I also have some global clients. Some local people also like this option sometimes when it isn’t possible to meet in person. I may agree to work online after we have discussed this to assess whether it is a safe and effective way of working with your particular issues.
