What is it?

Do you ever wish that you could have someone look at your health or wellbeing challenges and tell you exactly what to do to get past them?

The Healing Roadmap is a personal assessment that will give you clarity and the most effective steps forward.

As a one-off, comprehensive assessment, it provides a useful stand-alone session filled with practical, implementable advice. I’ve made it affordable for anyone seeking help, with ongoing sessions available if needed.

Who is it for?

This is for those dealing with a health issue and seeking to regain balance and well-being or anyone recovering from an illness that needs a plan on how to support their healing process and prevent relapse.

Since 1997, I have helped clients experiencing a diversity of conditions including digestive disorders, fatigue, hormonal imbalances, PMS, autoimmune diseases and cardiovascular concerns including high blood pressure and cholesterol.

I have helped people recover from eating disorders and mental health conditions such as anxiety or depression through nutrition and lifestyle changes in tandem with the appropriate safe psychotherapies (including hypnotherapy, mindfulness, ACT, CBT, EFT and NLP).

How does it work?

Before our first consultation, you’ll complete a detailed health questionnaire and keep a food diary. This helps me understand your health history, current symptoms and overall lifestyle.

Once these are sent back to me completed, I’ll read them, and any other information that you feel relevant. From this, I’ll record a clear video with feedback and instructions for you. This tailored plan will highlight key areas of focus and map out actionable steps toward your health outcomes.

I can offer advice on supplements or specific tests, like stool, hormone or other testing. Costs will be advised to you and tests are not compulsory. Some tests you may be able to get via your GP; these will be explained. Tests are helpful because will can find out what is going on and then monitor improvements.

Afterwards, equipped with an understanding of where to focus your energy and what to do, you can continue your journey to lasting health.

You start by completing a questionnaire and food diary. These may provide you with a few useful insights and discoveries. They also give me a great deal of valuable information about your diet, health challenges and what you want to achieve. This provides a foundation for us as we work together towards your desired outcomes.
